Cancellation Policy

To ensure everyone has a smooth and timely appointment, we're implementing a new booking process. Starting October 25, 2024, we'll require a debit card to secure your appointment. Please note, your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. We understand that unexpected things can happen, but we kindly request a 24-hour notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer your appointment to someone else on the waitlist. Late Arrivals: If you're running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Please understand that this helps us maintain a fair schedule for all clients. Cancellation Fee: A 50% cancellation fee will apply for appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or for late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your punctuality and respect for our time help us provide the best possible service to everyone.
